The Gap We Fill
Between your bookkeeper and a full-time CFO
Most growing businesses reach a point where their accounting needs outgrow what a bookkeeper can reasonably provide — but don't yet justify the cost of a full-time controller or CFO. If any of this sounds familiar, CCG is built for you:
- The owner is effectively acting as the CFO, on top of everything else
- Financial statements arrive late, or need cleanup before they're useful
- There's no formal budgeting, forecasting, or cash-flow visibility
- The books work, technically — but nobody's providing controller-level oversight

Approach
How we get you there
Every engagement follows the same disciplined path, from first call to a standing monthly close.
Discovery
We learn your business, ownership, systems, and current reporting — and meet your existing tax CPA.
Diagnostic
We review the chart of accounts, reconciliations, and balance sheet to scope what cleanup, if any, is needed.
Cleanup & Setup
Historical issues get resolved and your close calendar, reporting templates, and workflows get configured.
Monthly Close
Books close on a predictable schedule and you get reporting you can actually make decisions from.
Year-End Package
A complete, organized package goes straight to your tax CPA — no reconstruction required.
How We Work With Your CPA
We make your tax CPA's job easier, not harder
CCG isn't a tax firm, and we're not trying to be. We keep your books accurate all year and hand your existing tax CPA a complete, organized package at year-end — not a box of unanswered questions.
“You keep the tax relationship. We'll keep the books clean all year and give you a complete tax package.”

Why CCG
Why business owners choose us
CPA-Led
A licensed CPA is directly involved in your engagement — not a junior staffer learning on your books.
Controller-Level Experience
Not a basic bookkeeping service — genuine controller and finance-level oversight from day one.
Local New Jersey Relationship
Direct access to the person doing the work — not a rotating support queue.
Tax-CPA Integration
Rather than competing with your tax preparer, we make their work faster and easier.
Standardized Year-End Package
A complete, tax-ready deliverable every year — not a scramble in March.
Grows Without Switching Providers
Move from Accounting to Controller to Finance as your business grows — on the same team.
About the Founder
Led by a CPA, not a call center
Louis Gaccione, CPA founded Conduit Controller Group on a simple belief: growing businesses deserve controller-level financial clarity without having to build — or pay for — a full internal finance department, and without losing the relationship they already have with their tax CPA.
Louis brings over 10 years of accounting experience, including 4 years as a controller managing organizations with top-line revenue exceeding $200 million. His background spans complex capital structures, multi-entity organizations, and intercompany consolidations and eliminations — the same controller-level discipline he now brings to CCG's clients, scaled to fit businesses well below that size.
